Agustina [Ah-goos-tee-nah] (she/they) is a first-generation immigrant from northwest Argentina with many years of experience in operations and organizational development. As the Director of People, Culture, and Operations at Third Wave, Agustina's goal is to foster a work culture aligned with Third Wave Fund's organizational values. Having worked in Disability Justice for over ten years, Agustina is passionate about creating operational and people operations processes rooted in racial, gender, disability, and economic justice. Agustina currently resides in Waccamaw land (South Carolina). In their free time, you can find Agustina hanging out with her two children, three cats, two dogs, and eating empanadas. An avid fútbol fan, Agustina is a loyal supporter of Ínter Miami and the Argentina National Team.
