The National Alliance of Multicultural Disabled Advocates serves as a hub for Black and Brown people with disabilities positioned to enhance their communities and their social economic standards.
The Mobilize Power Fund (May 2022) supported a partnership between the National Alliance of Multicultural Disabled Advocates and the BIPOC Disability Collective to organize a virtual healing retreat for skill-building and processing collective grief, led by and for BIPOC disabled community members. The BIPOC Disability Collective is a volunteer, community-grown organization rooted in disability justice, created to uplift and support young, disabled, BIPOC community activists.
