SWOP Minneapolis

SWOP Minneapolis is a local Minnesota chapter of the Sex Workers Outreach Project-USA, a national grassroots social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers and their communities, focusing on ending violence and stigma through education and community building.

The Own Our Power Fund (2021-2023) provided a two-year grant to support the creation of a participatory, community-led decriminalization report, and to build a strategic plan for sustainable BIPOC leadership in their organization.
