Najma Johnson

Najma Johnson works to increase access and representation among DeafDisabled, DeafBlind, Deaf, Hard of Hearing Black, Brown, and Indigenous people that has an intergenerational impact in communities who experience continuous cultural erasure due to audism, phonocentrism and racism. They co-founded Together All in Solidarity which is now called Together We Will (TWW), an umbrella anti-violence community collaboration that functions as a network for Deaf marginalized communities.

The Disability Frontlines Fund (2022-2024) is providing a two-year fellowship for philanthropic learning, individual project support, and virtual convenings.
