Generation Patient

Generation Patient (formerly known as the Health Advocacy Summit) develops strategies to create meaningful healing and restoration spaces led by and for their community. They provide holistic and sustainable solutions focused on peer support and systems advocacy to create meaningful change in the lives of young adult patients now and for the coming generations.

The Disability Frontlines Fund (2022-2024) is providing a two-year grant for philanthropic learning, general operating support, and virtual convenings.
