Black Inmate Commissary Fund

Black Inmate Commissary Fund (BICF) works to divest from the current carceral state by reinvesting in the Black incarcerated community through building agency, equity, opportunity, rehabilitation, and restorative justice.

The Mobilize Power Fund (April 2021) supported their efforts in bailing out young Black mothers and parents for Mother's Day.
