BIPOC Disability Collective

The BIPOC Disability Collective is a volunteer, community-grown organization rooted in disability justice, created to uplift and support young, disabled, BIPOC community activists.

The Mobilize Power Fund (May 2022) supported their partnership with the National Alliance of Multicultural Disabled Advocates which created a virtual healing retreat for skill-building and processing collective grief, led by and for BIPOC disabled community members. The National Alliance of Multicultural Disabled Advocates serves as a hub for Black and Brown people with disabilities positioned to enhance their communities and their social economic standards.
